LLaDS (Lads, Lasses and Dads) is a place for dads and their children to meet on a Saturday morning. We provide toys and games for children between 0 and 7 years plus a craft activity. You can get bacon butties, toast and jam, freshly made real coffee, tea, juice and squash. It is run by volunteers. It is free but we do welcome donations to cover the cost of hall hire, food & supplies. We provide an ideal place to spend quality time with your children, meet other dads and allow your children to socialise with other children. It also gives mum an hour or so to herself! We also occasionally meet for outdoor activities at Battery Point for family events.

LLaDs meets at St Barnabas Children's Centre Hall on the second Saturday of each month. The group runs from 10:30 until 12:00.  We do not meet in August although we sometimes arrange a special event for all the family.
