Tina Hodgett the Tweeting Blogging Pilgrim

The Parish of Portishead is happy to announce that you can follow how one of their clergy spends her time during the week. We all know what clergy do on a Sunday, but what they do on the other five days is equally important. She’s keen for people to know what a ‘typical’ day might look like, and how her new pilgrim role is developing. Tina says that she is feeling more and more called (or is that dragged!) into writing on the Internet about things that she is thinking about, and the ideas she has about mission in today’s society.

The plan is also to use the tweets as a sort of rapid news service, for example changes to service times, urgent prayer requests, or requests for practical help by parishioners.
